Travel, with a bump or a baby
Our travel service for growing families. We shape the whole holiday around you, wherever and however you like to travel, and connect you with trusted specialists to book it.
A travel service for growing families
We are not a travel agent, and that is the point. We shape the whole trip around your family, open our little black book to you, then connect you with travel specialists we trust to handle the booking and the protection. Three simple steps.
A conversation
We start with where you are: your stage, your dates, how far you would like to go, and what would make it genuinely restful.
The edit
We shape a short, considered plan for the whole holiday, drawn from places and trips we know work for families.
The arrangement
We connect you with trusted travel agents who handle the booking, the logistics and the financial protection. You simply pack.
Travel does not have to stop when a baby arrives. It only has to change shape.
What follows is a little of how we think about going away as a growing family: the whole trip considered, from the first idea to the flight home, and a few of the places we would happily send you.
We shape the trip, not just the stay
However you like to travel, we consider the whole of it, so all you have to do is turn up and be there.
The stay
Whatever suits you: a villa to yourselves, a hotel that does the lifting, or a little of both. Chosen for how it works with a baby, not just how it photographs.
The journey
Flights kept short and times kept kind, transfers arranged, the airport part made as painless as it reasonably can be.
The days
A gentle shape for your time: where to eat, what is worth doing with little ones, and full permission to do gloriously little.
The right trip does half the parenting for you.
The right trip for the right stage
Going away looks different at every stage. A rough guide to what tends to work, and when.
The babymoon
The second trimester is the sweet spot: past the early queasiness, not yet too far along to fly in comfort. Somewhere gentle, a short flight, a last quiet stretch as two.
The newborn months
Easier than people fear. A baby this age mostly feeds and sleeps, and a calm base with a pool can be blissful. Keep flights short and time zones simple.
The toddler years
Now it is about space to roam, shallow water and a kitchen for fussy meals. Family suites and private villas come into their own.

Crete, slowly: a week at Phāea Cretan Malia
A family week at Phāea Cretan Malia, where the pool ran like a river, our eldest baked Cretan bread, and nobody was in a hurry.
