Antenatal course
A small, friendly course covering birth, feeding and the early weeks, with parents due around the same time as you. Online or in person.
Antenatal education and one-to-one coaching that leave you genuinely ready, not just informed. Online, or in person across South East England, with immersive antenatal retreats for couples who want to prepare properly, away from it all.
Preparing for birth is not about memorising stages or planning for a day that rarely goes to script. It is about understanding your body, your options and your choices well enough to feel steady, whatever unfolds.
Our teaching is accredited and evidence-led, delivered with the warmth of people who have been there. We cover the physiology of labour, your options and how to make calm decisions in the moment, bring your partner properly into the room, and look ahead to feeding and recovery so the early weeks feel far less daunting.
We also offer in-person holistic treatments, including pregnancy reflexology, at our East Sussex room.
