Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Every consultation, treatment and session happens in your own home. Our practitioners travel to families across East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire, bringing everything they need with them.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover South East England, including East and West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and East Hampshire. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just ask. We can often arrange visits further afield.
What is Nourish at Home?
Nourish at Home is our signature nutrition service. A registered nutritional therapist visits you at home to build a realistic plan around the food you eat and the life you live, for fertility, pregnancy, the fourth trimester and weaning. We do not batch-cook; we change the way you eat, for good.
Can I book a single service, or do I need a package?
Either. You can book any service on its own, choose one of our programmes, or ask us to tailor a programme from any combination of services.
How does a tailored programme work?
It starts with a free, no-obligation conversation about where you are and what you need. We then suggest a plan built from our at-home services, confirm the price, and coordinate every visit for you.
