Do you really come to my home?
Yes. Every consultation, treatment and session happens in your own home. Our practitioners travel to families across East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire, bringing everything they need with them.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover South East England, including East and West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and East Hampshire. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just ask. We can often arrange visits further afield.
What is Nourish at Home?
Nourish at Home is our signature nutrition service. A registered nutritional therapist visits you at home to build a realistic plan around the food you eat and the life you live, for fertility, pregnancy, the fourth trimester and weaning. We do not batch-cook; we change the way you eat, for good.
Can I book a single service, or do I need a package?
Either. You can book any service on its own, choose one of our programmes, or ask us to tailor a programme from any combination of services.
How does a tailored programme work?
It starts with a free, no-obligation conversation about where you are and what you need. We then suggest a plan built from our at-home services, confirm the price, and coordinate every visit for you.
Are your practitioners qualified?
Yes. Our nutritional therapists are registered, our antenatal teaching is FEDANT-accredited, and our holistic therapist is accredited with BABTAC, CNHC and the Association of Reflexologists. Everyone in our circle has been met in person and chosen for their skill and care.
Do you replace my midwife, health visitor or GP?
No. We work alongside your NHS or private care, never instead of it, and will always encourage you to raise medical concerns with your care team.
Can I buy a programme as a gift?
Yes. Every programme and service can be gifted, making a thoughtful baby shower or push present. Get in touch and we will arrange a gift voucher.
Is there a travel charge?
Travel within our core area is built into our programme prices. For visits further afield, we will always confirm any travel cost before you book.
