About private antenatal classes
Preparing for birth is not about memorising stages. It is about understanding your body, your options and your choices well enough to feel steady, whatever unfolds.
Our FEDANT-accredited teaching covers the physiology of labour, comfort and decision-making, birth preferences you can hold loosely, feeding and the early weeks, and brings your birth partner properly into the room. Taught at home, it moves at your pace and focuses on what matters most to you. A focused second-baby refresher is also available.
