About pregnancy reflexology
Pregnancy reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works with points on the feet to encourage deep relaxation. Many women find it helps them rest, unwind and feel more comfortable as their body changes.
Our therapist brings everything to you, from a comfortable reclining set-up to warm blankets, so you can drift off on your own sofa and not have to drive home afterwards. Treatments are tailored to your stage, with sessions in the final weeks focused on relaxation and preparing for birth.
Your therapist has over twenty years in luxury spa and holistic practice and is accredited with BABTAC, CNHC and the Association of Reflexologists.

Questions about pregnancy reflexology
When can I start pregnancy reflexology?
We usually begin from 12 weeks. We will ask about your pregnancy first and always work alongside your midwife's care.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing but a little space near a sofa or bed. Your therapist brings everything else.
How often should I book?
Many clients book monthly, then weekly from around 36 weeks. We will suggest a rhythm that suits you.
