About pregnancy nutrition
Pregnancy asks a great deal of your body, and good nutrition is one of the few things you can genuinely shape. But generic advice and rigid meal plans rarely survive nausea, food aversions, fatigue and a full diary.
Nourish at Home is different. Your nutritional therapist comes to you, looks at what is really in your cupboards, and builds a plan around your tastes, your week and your stage of pregnancy. We focus on the nutrients that matter most, such as iron, folate, omega-3, vitamin D and protein, and on simple, sustainable swaps that make the nourishing choice the easy one.
We do not batch-cook for you. We change the way you eat, for good, so the habits hold long after your baby arrives.

When should I start working with a nutritional therapist in pregnancy?
Whenever suits you. Many families come to us in the first trimester when nausea and aversions hit, others in the third trimester to prepare for recovery. Every stage benefits.
Will you give me a strict diet?
No. We work with the food you enjoy and the life you actually have, making simple, lasting changes rather than handing you a rigid plan.
Do you replace my midwife's advice?
Never. Our registered nutritional therapists work alongside your NHS or private care, and we will always encourage you to raise medical concerns with your midwife or GP.
