About birth debrief
Every birth leaves an impression. Some are joyful, some are complicated, and many are a mix of both. A birth debrief is a calm, unhurried conversation to talk through what happened, ask questions and begin to make sense of your experience.
Being at home makes it easier to open up, and there is no need to arrange childcare or travel. Partners are welcome. Where more support would help, we introduce you to a perinatal therapist from our circle.

Questions about birth debrief
How long after birth can I have a debrief?
Any time: weeks, months or even years after. There is no right moment.
Is a birth debrief the same as therapy?
No. It is a supported conversation. If you would benefit from therapy, we can introduce you to a perinatal therapist in our circle.
